Fuji Ramen is my new go-to spot in New Philadelphia! I tried the tonkotsu ramen—broth was rich and flavorful, noodles cooked perfectly al dente. Also ordered the Japanese pork cutlet, which was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The service was fast and friendly, and the vibe is cozy. Will definitely be back next week!
Absolutely loved my unagi rice bowl here! The eel was tender and glazed to perfection, and the rice was fluffy and seasoned just right. My friend got the miso ramen and raved about it too. The appetizers were fresh, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing. Clean, welcoming space—highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Japanese flavors!
Solid Japanese spot with way more than just ramen! My spicy shrimp ramen had the right amount of kick, and the Korean-style chicken wings were a total surprise—sweet, spicy, and super crispy. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the dim sum portion was a little small, but still delicious. Great for a casual dinner with friends.
